Very happy with my purchase and the service received. Everything was handled professionally and many of my questions were answered before I got a chance to ask them which is always a good sign. Was given as much time as I needed to check out the car and never felt rushed. Same with the test drive. Communication was good throughout with very quick and helpful replies to messages. Hopefully I won’t need to buy another car anytime soon but if I do will be happy to buy from Icknox again.

My Wife decided not to come with me to view another car commenting I’ll only have to sit in the showroom drinking coffee.This was quite fortunate as the showroom was pretty basic as explained to me later in order to give the best value we keep are facilities pretty basic and that’s why you have to make an appoint first.When I got there I was greeted by Ezzat who was very helpful and relaxed and offered me a test drive asking me what type of routes I’d like to take.It was quite a wet day so really unable to inspect the car very closely so deciding the car was for me and (insistence of my Wife) I chose to have an AA report done.This came back with just a few very minor niggles all of which the boss Varinder got sorted out immediately (slow puncture, squeaky rear window). When the timecame for me to pick up the car and having to travel 90 miles by train the guys arranged to meet me in North London which made my journey far easier. Ezzat did the hand over taking considerable time to make sure we were familiar (first EV) and everything was set up correctly before venturing off into the rush hour traffic.One extra note that I feel I want to mention, I paid BACS on the day of collection but was caught out by the limit on my phone that I couldn’t change without waiting another 24 hoursso I went to the bank and organised the transfer and in some haste and cocked it up. I accidentally paid £200.00 more than the agreed amount. In blissful ignorance for around 15 minutes when Varinder informed me ofmy error and another 15 minutes the money was refunded back into my account.For all this I now have a brilliant car thanks to Icknox Motors and the Team and definitely recommend them and will certainly be my first stop next time. Sorry this is long winded but really wanted to explain the whole process.
