Icknox Motors provides excellent professional service throughout. I usually buy new vehicles from main dealers, so I was apprehensive, but it soon became apparent that I had nothing to worry about. I was a demanding customer for them, but there was nothing they could not handle. They provided me with friendly advice throughout, were very knowledgeable about various EV cars they had in stock, helped me to organise finance for my chosen car, and were very accommodating to all of my requests, even when I asked to come and see the vehicle late in the evening. There was no pressure from them at any stage of the process. I wish all businesses these days were so friendly and helpful. Saw advert .. called dealer .. he arranged finance .. delivery of car all within few hours !!! Wow … !! It was very easy to buy car from Varinder. He was available to answer all my queries, he did video call of the car within the hour and organised finance over the phone. I requested the delivery and it was arranged for next day !
